Meet Jim

A real estate professional for more than 24 years, Jim Muenz is known for integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all his dealings. Jim grew up in Chicago and graduated from Southern Illinois University where he was a nationally recognized gymnast. Jim joined Coldwell Banker Bain in 2002.

Jim understands that whether you are buying and/or selling a home it can be an emotional and at times overwhelming process. He strives to be someone in whom his clients can put thier trust and faith in. Jim is able to offer his clients top-notch guidance from start to finish, ensuring the entire process is seamless, efficient and rewarding.
